Charming atmosphere, friendly staff, comfortable accommodation, delicious food, perfect location.

Nothing everything was great.

the preserved and renovated building was in the heart of the historic fortress area, offering spacious and clean rooms with great AC. the staff was friendly, making us feel at home. the breakfast was delicious with a generous amount of food to fuel our day. We received valuable suggestions on the area and enjoyed exploring the charming streets.

Some of the staff, particularly one lady, needed to improve their attitude towards customers.

Wifi was a bit slow and not always reliable. The breakfast could have had a wider variety.

I loved the spacious, minimalist style of this boutique hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and hospitable, even assisting me in securing a driver at a competitive rate. The location is great - right in the heart of the historic area with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. And the breakfast was delicious, particularly the signature dish with perfectly cooked boiled eggs and homemade avocado salsa.

There was an issue with receiving a taxable invoice, which left a negative impression. There was also one staff member who was not friendly or accommodating, which detracted from the overall experience.
